Furthermore, with my extensive knowledge base and years of experience, I am able to offer a
more comprehensive understanding of the body and how it functions. I have gained an insight
through my interactions with individuals of different backgrounds, ages, body types, gender

Meet with Erin to discover how you might benefit from a personalized protocol, connect face to face and learn more about the consultation process.
Personalized Protocol – Two, 60 minute sessions
Prior to your initial visit you will be asked to fill out a detailed health questionnaire as well as a 7-day diet diary, to have completed on your first visit. From the information
gathered through these and at your first meeting, Erin will construct a personalizedutrition plan, including diet, lifestyle and supplement recommendations. During the
second visit, you will have an opportunity to review your plan, receive an explanation of your protocol, and then have time for any questions and concerns.
Personalized 7-day Meal Plan
This will be emailed to you or it can be included in your Personalized Protocol. Erin will
provide specific meals and recipes for a 7-day period, taking into consideration your
health goals and incorporating recommendations made in your personalized nutrition
General Nutrition Consultation
If you don’t feel you need a full personalized protocol but have general questions
regarding making better dietary and / or lifestyle choices this is the option for you.
Examples of this would be transitioning away from processed foods to a more whole-
foods diet, or learning how to eat healthily without gluten or dairy.
If you need a brief visit, either to follow up on a prior consultation or just want to discuss
general nutritional concepts.
Grocery Store Tour: 60-75 minutes (within Burlington / Hamilton)
Let’s go shopping! Together we will go to your local grocer or health food store where
Erin will teach you all about the different foods, new ingredients, what to pass on, health
tips, label reading, what foods provide the biggest nutrient bang and the healthiest ways
to prepare them. Bring a friend with you for only $50 more.
