Megha graduated from a Kurukshetra University in India in 2005 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. She has over 17 years of experience working as a Registered physiotherapist in New Delhi (India) and in Ontario.
Megha values continuing education and has completed various fellowship programs in Rehab such as concussion management and level 1 acupuncture. She has extensive experience working with a diverse population and provided treatment to several areas including muscles, tendons, and ligament injuries (sports, work-related injuries and motor vehicle accidents).
She also has experience in providing rehabilitation for Upper and Lower Extremities, post-operative cases, and vestibular, concussion management and pelvic floor physiotherapy (certified and trained at all levels including internal and external procedures)
Her knowledge, experience, and skills she developed throughout her career and academic experiences allow Megha to develop a personalized, evidence-based treatment plan for her clients. She uses a holistic approach when treating her clients while implementing various advanced techniques such as “hands-on” manual therapy, joint mobilization, soft tissue release, functional movement, and therapeutic/strengthening exercises to promote healing and enhance performance.
She believes in developing an open and honest relationship with her clients, guiding them through their challenges and helping them to achieve their goals. When not in the clinic, Megha enjoys being active with her daughter and husband and can always be found laughing and smiling.
