She uses a combination of a thorough assessment, clinical reasoning, and integrated and personal approach to patient care. This can include the use of hands on (manual therapy), acupuncture, patient education, exercise therapy, and collaboration with other disciplines.

She has a special interest in helping and empowering her Multiple Sclerosis (MS) patients. she understands there are many changing and confusing pieces to the puzzle. Her wish is to keep everyone moving, no matter what stage they are at or how they do it. Exercise as a staple of wellness and maintaining a healthy body and mind.

She also believes that the body and mind are plastic, meaning it has the ability to change and can learn and adapt. She strives to help empower people to see that change is possible and it is in their own hands. In her free time, she enjoys walking, swimming, and spending time with her furry friends. She also is an avid sketch artist and painter.
