Yoga Class Cancellation Policy
We request at least 8 hours of notice if you would like to cancel your booked spot in one of our drop-in classes. If you are unable to cancel before the cancelation period closes, or if you miss your class, workshop, or appointment, you will be charged for the full amount. A full refund will be granted if the class or appointment booking is completed before the cancelation period ends. After that period, no refunds will be issued.
Pre-registered Classes, Private Classes, and Workshops Cancellation Policy
We request at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel any private class or preregistered class bookings.
Healthcare Services Cancellation Policy
If canceling with more than 24 hours’ notice, there will be no charge for the missed appointment. If cancelling with less than 24 hours’ notice, there is a fee equal to half the cost of the missed appointment. If the patient does not call and does not show up for their appointment, there will be a fee equal to the full cost of the missed appointment. All appointments must be made with a credit card, the credit card is not charged unless our policies are not met.
Retail / Refund Policy
The costs of all products and services listed in the Pillars of Wellness clinic are shown in Canadian dollars. HST will be added to the final payment amount. All unused/ unopened retail items will be refunded for the full amount if returned within 14 days of purchase in original condition and packaging. Refunds will be issued to the same payment system used for purchase.
If you link to other third-party web sites, please review the privacy policies posted at those sites. Pillars of Wellness is not responsible for how data or information is treated/handled by any third-party web site that is linked to from our sites.
Collection of Information
We collect personally identifiable information when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. The information you provide is used by Pillars of Wellness only. This information is only used to fulfill your specific request, order, or purchase, unless Pillars of Wellness is given permission to use it in any other manner.
The site may use cookie and tracking technology. Cookie and tracking technology are useful for gathering information such as tracking the number of visitors to the Site and understanding how visitors use the Site. Personal information cannot be collected via cookies and other tracking technology, however, if you previously provided personally identifiable information, cookies may be tied to such information. Distribution of Information
We may share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation. We may do so if: (1) permitted or required by law; (2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; or, (3) investigating fraud which has already taken place.
MAKING IT EASY FOR YOU
Auto Insurance: If you have an illness or injury from a motor vehicle accident, health services may be covered under your auto insurance plan.
Extended Health Benefits: If you are receiving long term disability income from an insurance program, your program may cover various health services or you might have work benefits package which cover a portion of the health services.
Veterans Affairs: If you are a Canadian armed forces veteran, the Department of Veteran Affairs may cover health services.
Private Services: At Pillars of Wellness we offer competitive rates within the standards of our regulatory colleges. We accept payment through cash, credit or debit. Please contact us more more details related to service fees
