Healthcare Services Cancellation Policy

If cancelling with within 24 hours’ notice or more, there will be no charge for the missed appointment. If cancelling with less than 24 hours' notice, there will be a cancelling fee structure. See below.

  • Cancellation more than 24 hours – No fee
  • 1st cancellation (same-day) with notification  – One-time no fee 
  • 2nd cancellation (same-day) – 50% of the service fee
  • 3rd cancellation (same-day) – 100% of the service fee
  • 1st No-show without notification - 50% of the service fee
  • 2nd No-show without notification - 100% of the service fee

All appointments must be paid with a credit card or debit card or cash.

If your appointment is virtual, you will be requested to provide us with your credit card information prior the appointment. The credit card information will be securely stored into our virtual platform (fully encrypted). The due amount will be debited once the session is completed. The credit card information will be deleted once you have decided to stop using our services or being discharged.

Retail / Refund Policy

The costs of all products and services listed in the Pillars of Wellness clinic are shown in Canadian dollars. HST will be added to the final payment amount. All unused/ unopened retail items will be refunded for the full amount if returned within 14 days of purchase in original condition and packaging. Refunds will be issued to the same payment system used for purchase.

We respect your privacy. Pillars of Wellness will not share your information to any third party. Please read this privacy policy before using the site or submitting any personal information. By using the site, you are accepting the practices described in this privacy policy. These practices may be changed, but any changes will be posted.

If you link to other third-party web sites, please review the privacy policies posted at those sites. Pillars of Wellness is not responsible for how data or information is treated/handled by any third-party web site that is linked to from our sites.

We collect personally identifiable information when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. The information you provide is used by Pillars of Wellness only. This information is only used to fulfill your specific request, order, or purchase, unless Pillars of Wellness is given permission to use it in any other manner.

Cookie and tracking technology are useful for gathering information such as tracking the number of visitors to the Site and understanding how visitors use the Site. Payment Options


Auto Insurance: If you have an illness or injury from a motor vehicle accident, health services may be covered under your auto insurance plan.

Extended Health Benefits: If you are receiving long term disability income from an insurance program, your program may cover various health services or you might have work benefits package which cover a portion of the health services.

Veterans Affairs: If you are a Canadian armed forces veteran, the Department of Veteran Affairs may cover health services.

Private Services: At Pillars of Wellness we offer competitive rates within the standards of our regulatory colleges. We accept payment through cash, credit or debit. Please contact us more more details related to service fees
