As a naturopathic doctor, I focus on the individual as a whole being by taking into consideration factors such as their entire lifestyle, their unique body chemistry, as well as life events that have happened for the individual. For this reason, you will be sure to get the best possible care and protocol for you, rather than being treated as just a demographic.
Furthermore, with my extensive knowledge base and years of experience, I am able to offer a more comprehensive understanding of the body and how it functions. I have gained insight through my interactions with individuals of different backgrounds, ages, body types, gender and at varying stages of life, and am now full of gratitude for the opportunity to share that with each person that walks through my doors. Meet and Greet FREE (over the phone or in person)
Meet with Dr. Maria Galantai to discover how you might benefit from a personalized protocol, connect face to face and learn more about the consultation process.
Prior to your initial visit, you will be asked to fill out a detailed health questionnaire as well as a 7-day diet diary, to have completed on your first visit. From the information gathered through these and at your first meeting, Dr. Sunil Mam will construct a personalized nutrition plan, including diet, lifestyle and supplement recommendations. During the second visit, you will have an opportunity to review your plan, receive an explanation of your protocol, and then have time for any questions and concerns.
This will be emailed to you or it can be included in your Personalized Protocol. Dr. Sunil Mam will provide specific meals and recipes for a 7-day period, taking into consideration your health goals and incorporating recommendations made in your personalized nutrition plan.
If you don’t feel you need a full personalized protocol but have general questions regarding making better dietary and/or lifestyle choices this is the option for you. Examples of this would be transitioning away from processed foods to a more whole- foods diet, or learning how to eat healthily without gluten or dairy.
Let’s go shopping! Together we will go to your local grocer or health food store where Dr. Sunil Mam will teach you all about the different foods, new ingredients, what to pass on, health tips, label reading, what foods provide the biggest nutrient bang and the healthiest ways to prepare them. Bring a friend with you for only $50 more.
