Frequently Asked Questions
What happens during a free 20 minutes consult?
This appointment is your opportunity to discover whether physiotherapy is a good fit for you! During this session, you will talk with an expert physiotherapist and create the right care plan specifically for your pain. There is no obligation on this visit to find out whether physiotherapy is right for you.
What should I expect during my first visit?
The first visit is an assessment of your symptoms and an opportunity to learn more about your medical history and what could have caused your injury or condition. Then, based on the assessment, the therapist will start some treatment. At the end of the session, the therapist will recommend a plan of care to get you back on track and achieve your goal(s).
What do I need to bring with me?
You will want comfortable or loose clothing, such as athletic wear, that allows for comfortable movement. Also bring your insurance information so we can check your coverage.
How many visits do I need?
The number of treatments required depends on your conditions and severity of your injury. You will know your plan of care after your initial visit.
