What is Yoga Therapy?
Sessions can be done in combination with a physiotherapist and/or chiropractor. Each session is unique, built to help address your specific needs and health concerns.
For those living with health issues and discomfort, yoga therapy can be a great first step into a regular yoga practice. It provides a safe and intelligent movement program that complements other rehabilitative therapies. Start yoga therapy, and connect with your body, breath, mind, wisdom and joy on your way to recovery.
