Optional Support for Clear, Coordinated Care

Some clients benefit from extra support in planning and integrating their care—especially when concerns are complex, long-standing, or involve multiple services. Our Wellness Care Support helps clients make sense of next steps, align services, and navigate care in a way that feels manageable and goal-focused.

This role exists to support clarity, continuity, and real-life functioning—not to sell services. Care coordination is always optional and offered only when it may add value to your recovery.

When care feels complex, you don’t have to figure it out alone

At Pillars of Wellness, we offer a wide range of services. That diversity is a strength, but it can also feel overwhelming to know where to start, what to do next, or how to make sure everything is working together. Wellness Care Support is designed to help you:

Integrate services so your care feels coordinated, not fragmented

Clarify next steps when you’re unsure what would be most helpful

Stay aligned with your goals, including real-life functioning and return-to-work priorities

Navigate practical barriers, such as scheduling or coverage understanding

Frequently Asked Questions
About Wellness Care Support

We believe an informed patient is an empowered person. Below, find expert answers to the most common questions about our wellness care support services at our Burlington clinic, helping you take the first step with confidence. Feel free to learn more about us and about our team skill sets.

Is Wellness Care Support required?

No. It is completely optional. You can access it if it would be helpful, and you can decline it at any time. Your access to care at Pillars of Wellness is not affected either way.

Is this a clinical service or treatment?

No. The Wellness Care Coordinator does not assess, diagnose, or provide treatment. This is non-clinical support focused on coordination, clarity, and navigation. All clinical decisions remain with your treating clinician(s).

What happens in a Wellness Care Support appointment?

A brief check-in focused on your goals, what feels most challenging to manage, and what would help your care feel clear and connected. You’ll leave with clarified next steps and a coordinated approach—based on your preferences and goals.

Will this add more appointments or services?

Not necessarily. The goal is not “more care.” The goal is better-aligned care—helping you understand options, sequence next steps, and reduce overwhelm.

I’m using more than one service, can this help?

Yes. This is one of the most common reasons people access coordination support: to ensure services work together smoothly and your care feels cohesive rather than fragmented.

Can I access this support later if I’m not ready now?

Absolutely. Some clients use it at the start of care; others reach out during transitions, when needs change, or when things start to feel more complex.

How do I get started?

Book an appointment or a free consultation to schedule a coordination session, or contact our team if you have questions.

Where is your clinic located?
