Justine is a Registered Social Worker (MSW-RSW) at the College of Social Workers of Ontario and Psychotherapist based in Burlington, Ontario, who brings warmth, compassion, and a strong foundation of professional expertise to her practice.
Justine offers a non-judgmental, inclusive space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. She understands that healing and change don’t always follow a straight path. Instead, she helps clients explore the “terrain” of their lives with curiosity and courage, empowering them to navigate challenges with resilience.
Her expertise is with adults with anxiety, trauma, depression, grief and loss, relationship difficulties. Justine offer counselling services in Burlington in-person and online.
In addition to her clinical experience, Justine brings a unique blend of creativity and empathy to her work. She is also a graduate of Second City’s Improvisation Conservatory Program, and she often integrates creativity and humor into her sessions when appropriate.

With a rich background in negotiation, mediation, and trauma-informed care, Justine has supported a wide range of individuals across Ontario. Justine specializes in working with men, individuals, and couples who are navigating emotional trauma, life transitions, and relational challenges. In addition, Justine has delivered trauma-informed, strength-based counselling to incarcerated men, women, victims of violence and human trafficking. She holds a Social Services diploma from Humber College, a Bachelor of Social Work with Honours from Toronto Metropolitan University, and a Master of Social Work from McMaster University.
She is also a proud member of both the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers and the Ontario Association of Social Workers. Additionally, Justine holds an Executive Certificate in Conflict Management from the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law, and is a member of the ADR Institute of Ontario.
